Every space has been designed to provide you with the kind of vacation you've always dreamed of: a secure, heated 10m x 4m outdoor swimming pool with deckchairs, two lounges, two bathrooms and a large outdoor table. For a green vacation, this Holiday cottage in Neuillac is an ideal destination in the heart of Brittany. Just 1 hour from the south and north coasts (Vannes and Saint-Brieuc), it's ideally located for easy access to the whole region, and right next door, you'll find Lake Guerlédan, Brittany's largest lake. A veritable playground for nature lovers, it can be explored on foot, by bike or on horseback, as well as on the water, with a wide range of activities including canoeing, paddling, pedal-boating and water skiing. With its well-maintained beaches and hiking trails, it's a must-see for young and old alike. 10 minutes away, discover Pontivy, a charming town full of character. Stroll through its cobbled streets, admire its medieval castle and immerse yourself in the history of this former imperial city. Walking enthusiasts will also appreciate the towpath of the Nantes-Brest canal, just 1 km from the Holiday cottage, ideal for peaceful walks or bike rides. Rich in heritage, the area also offers quality cultural events during the summer season, such as "L'art dans les Chapelles", not forgetting the many Breton festivals that liven up summer evenings.

Single-story home:

Ground floor:
- Spacious living area featuring an open-concept kitchen and dining room, and a living room separated by a glass partition.
- Bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed.
- Bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double sinks, and a toilet.

Upper level:
- Living area with a sofa and TV.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sinks.
- Separate toilet with hand basin.
- Bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed.
- Bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed.
- Dormitory with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200cm bed) (1 double bunk bed and 1 triple bunk bed). 3 additional beds in the dormitory are available upon request, bringing the total capacity to 11 people.

Outdoors:
- Garden with dining table and barbecue.
- Heated 10m x 4m Piscine, 1.40m deep, secured by a cover, shared with another holiday cottage next door. Open from early April to late October.
- Parking spaces at the entrance to the property.
- The holiday cottage is located on an estate comprising year-round rentals and future holiday cottages. The gardens and a Wellbeing area are currently under development.
- Quiet hours must be observed throughout the estate from 11 PM to 8 AM, including in the Piscine area.
