Ideal for recharging your batteries, the Holiday cottage offers 90 m² of living space for families, friends or professionals, in a unique setting in the heart of the Countryside. Let yourself be seduced by the peacefulness of the setting, the view over the fields, contact with the animals (goats, sheep, chickens...), and the large courtyard where young and old can play and relax.
Just a few minutes' walk from the village of Réguiny, take advantage of a true natural interlude and enjoy convivial moments around traditional games such as pétanque, shuffleboard and Molkky. Perfect for unwinding, sharing simple moments and discovering the riches of the region, including nearby Pontivy and Loudéac. A true haven of peace to reconnect with authenticity and serenity.

House fitted on two levels:

First floor:
- Large living room with lounge and dining area
- Fully equipped open kitchen
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC / utility room

First floor:
- Two bedrooms with 160×200 beds and TV
- Small bedroom with three 90×200 beds (including two Bunk beds)
> Possibility of an extra bed compared to the capacity of the ad (bed in height: Kids +6 years)

Outside :
Private gravelled area with covered area, garden table, parasol and barbecue.
Shared access to 8 ha of grounds and a new playground (3-12 years, under parental responsibility).

Additional services:
Evening meal delivered on arrival via village caterer (extra charge).
Transfer from the Nantes-Brest canal (Rohan / Pleugriffet) with secure equipment storage.
