This vacation rental is ideally located just 5 km from the charming town of Auray and 20 km from the historic town of Vannes. It's the perfect base from which to discover all the highlights of southern Morbihan!

Here, the owners are happy to welcome you to their haven of peace, in all simplicity, for lovely moments of sharing and conviviality. A plus: if you wish, they can point you in the direction of local activities, good addresses and places to visit on foot, by bike or by car. They'll tell you which Beach is the right one for you, depending on the wind, tide or quality of sand you're looking for. They have created an eco-responsible place, and wanted to give new life to as many pieces of furniture and objects as possible. In the same spirit, the television is replaced by books and board games.

The Holiday cottage offers:

- First floor: living room with lounge and kitchen, separate toilet.
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 Bed160 x 200, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x190 (adjustable to 180 x 200), a bathroom with toilet, and an office area on the landing.

There's also a shared laundry room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a shower room for when you return from the Beach.

Outside, you'll enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture at the rear of the gîte, parking, a garden and a lockable shed for your bicycles.
The Holiday cottage is adjoining Holiday cottage 56G17649 and close to the owners' home. You'll share the parking lot, laundry room, garden and bike shed.
