- Separate WC with washbasin
- A bedroom with a 140x200 bed
The two bedrooms are adjoining.

2nd floor:
One bedroom with two 90x190 beds.
Baby equipment: folding bed, high chair, potty and toilet reducer.

Outside:
Terrace (100m2) with garden furniture, chiliennes, sunbeds and pergola facing the canal.
Laundry room in basement under construction (access to washing machine)
Free public parking on street and free parking lot 350m away
Access to the house is via a small staircase leading to the alleyway.
Holiday cottage not recommended for people with reduced mobility due to its layout (many stairs and some narrow spaces).
Capacity limited to 4 people (1 or 2 extra people on request).
