Welcome to Plouray, in the heart of inland Brittany, in a renovated farmhouse set in peaceful, verdant surroundings. This typically Breton stone farmhouse, full of character, houses two independent dwellings. The Holiday cottage is ideal for a romantic getaway.
Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant south-facing terrace to relax on after a day of exploring. The little extra: by crossing the owners' garden, you'll have access to a 30-hectare woodland adjoining the property!
Thanks to its central location, the property is an ideal base for exploring the whole region: Lake Guerlédan, the Monts d'Arrée, the Forest de Quénécan, Pontivy, Lorient and the coastal beaches are all within easy reach for day trips.

Studio furnished as follows:

- A living room with a 140*190 bed opening onto a fitted kitchenette
- A shower room with WC

Terrace with table and chairs, parasol, sun loungers and barbecue.
Enclosed outdoor space, adjoining a second seasonal dwelling.
