Put down your suitcases in Plouhinec, where the old "Sémaphore" business has been renovated to create 4 apartments just a stone's throw from Magouër, a small port on the Ria D'Etel, the ideal place to discover the charm of southern Brittany from a privileged location. Discover the large Blue Flag beaches and the large listed dune site. Near the apartment, you'll find a large enclosed play area for children with swings and slide, on the edge of a small family beach on the Ria. All shops are nearby.
It features a charming living room with exposed stonework, including a fully-equipped kitchenette, dining area and lounge. Two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet. Access for disabled guests is possible. Laundry room shared by the 3 gîtes with washing machine, available on request from the owner.
Outside: private terrace with garden furniture. Shared private parking.

Carine Gîtes à découvrir
Gîtes facile à vivre, équipé juste comme il faut pour un séjour agréable en famille. Balade quotidienne jusqu’à de grandes plages magnifiques. Un grand merci à notre hôte pour son accueil si sympathique.

gite confortable, très propre, avec une excellente literie . Malgré la chaleur, l’appartement reste frais. Accueil super chaleureux de Peggy, la propriétaire du gîte qui se soucie de notre bien être. Très bons conseils de sa part concernant les sites à visiter, restaurants...La ria d’etel est un très beau site avec d’immenses plages...posez vos valises au Semaphore...vous ne le regretterez pas.
