Located in southern Morbihan, the town of Péaule is in the heart of the bocage and close to the Vilaine river. You'll be able to discover the richness of this area thanks to a 20-kilometer hiking trail. You'll appreciate Péaule's rich heritage, as well as its landscapes on the banks of the Vilaine, which can also be explored on a cruise. The gite is an old water mill, nestled in a green setting criss-crossed by waterways. Nature and fishing lovers will be delighted! Discover the beaches of Billiers and Damgan.

First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms with 160cm beds, wc with laundry area and shower room.
There's also a mezzanine (steep staircase) with a reading/games area and lounge (TV with DVD player).
Outside: a wooden terrace overlooking the garden and streams, a plancha, garden furniture, deckchairs, a private parking space and a private sunken garden (accessible by stairs).
The gite is located at the entrance to the estate and next to the owners' house (access to their house is in front of the gite). If you have 2 pets, please contact the owners.
