With over 4 hectares of meadows and woods, it's the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy invigorating walks, peaceful fishing sessions and a riverside garden, perfect for relaxing in deckchairs, swimming in the pool, enjoying al fresco meals or listening to the gentle murmur of the water.

This rental is ideally located for exploring the sights of Morbihan. Auray and the picturesque port of Saint Goustan are just 20 minutes away, while Vannes and Lorient, both towns of Art and History, are a 30-minute drive away. A further 30 kilometers away, visitors can enjoy long stretches of fine sandy beaches.

This gîte, located on the first floor of the mill, includes :

- A fully-equipped kitchen area,
- A living-dining room,
- A bedroom with a 140*190 bed
- One bedroom with two 90*190 beds,
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, WC
- A mezzanine with a 140*190 bed.

Sleeps 6 (for those wishing to sleep more, a second gîte, reference 56G17759 or 56G17758, can be rented, subject to availability).

Outside facilities include a 10*3 swimming pool shared by all three gîtes, heated from May 1 to September 30, a playground with trampoline, slide and swing, and a pétanque court.

A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available at the rear of the mill, and is shared by all three gîtes.
