In Morbihan, less than 15 kilometers from Côtes d'Armor, this gîte is strategically located for discovering the many treasures of Brittany. Nearby, you can discover Timadeuc Abbey, close to the Canal, as well as Rohan, a pretty village with its lock, chapel, pond and various activities.
20 km away is Josselin, a small town of character with its castle, basilica and narrow cobbled streets. To the west of Crédin, Pontivy, a town rich in history and heritage.
The beaches of the Golfe du Morbihan and the Baie de Saint-Brieuc are around 60 km away.
The Ploërmel nautical club is just 30 km away, and is the ideal place to have fun with family and friends. Many activities are on offer (towed buoys, kayaking, wakeboarding, etc.). Also in Loudéac, a town some twenty kilometers away, a large park in the heart of nature, leisure and relaxation guaranteed.

On the first floor, this vacation home comprises an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a private shower room and a separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs is a mezzanine converted into a lounge area, a bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be converted into a 180x200 bed. This room also features a private shower room with toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a south-east-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs and an unfenced small garden. Parking is available at the rear of the Holiday cottage, in a private parking lot shared with the owners. Possibility of parking a small trailer.
