This holiday home is made up on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed as well as a private shower room and a separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs is a mezzanine converted into a lounge area, a bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be converted into a 180x200 bed. A private bathroom with wc is present in this room.
Outside, you will enjoy a south-east facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs and a small garden. You can park your vehicle at the back of the gîte, in a private car park shared with the owners. In Morbihan and less than 15 kilometers from the Côtes d'Armor, this gîte is strategically located to discover the many riches of Brittany. Nearby, you can discover the Abbey of Timadeuc near the Canal but also Rohan a pretty village with its lock, its chapel, its pond and its various activities.
At 20 km, Josselin Small City of Character with its castle, its basilica and its narrow cobbled streets. To the west of Crédin, Pontivy, a town rich in history and heritage.
The beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan and the Bay of Saint-Brieuc are about sixty kilometers away.
About thirty kilometers away, the Ploërmel nautical club is the ideal place to have fun with family or friends. Many activities are offered there (towed buoy, kayak, wakeboard, etc.). Also in Loudéac, a town about twenty kilometers away, a large park surrounded by nature, leisure and relaxation guaranteed.
