Welcome to this Breton house, ideally located in the typical, peaceful village of Grand Rohu, Saint-Pierre-Quiberon.
Outside, a small table in the traffic-free alley allows you to enjoy the sunny days: coffee in the sun, summer lunch or aperitif at the end of the day, in a friendly, authentic atmosphere.
Pleasant in all seasons, the house offers privileged access to the Sea. In summer, a small path just 300 meters away leads directly to the Beach for swimming, strolls or sunsets. Water sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the sailing school (400 m).
In winter or mid-season, the pellet stove provides gentle warmth and a cocooning atmosphere, ideal after walks on the peninsula. Le Grand Rohu's vacation spirit, simplicity and southern Brittany lifestyle make it a perfect base for discovering the Quiberon peninsula, with its beaches, coastal paths and local heritage.

House fitted on two levels:

First floor:
- Living room with open-plan kitchen, equipped with pellet stove.
- Bedroom with 160x200 bed, study area and private shower room with WC
- WC
- Garage for equipment storage (bikes, motorcycles, sports equipment) with laundry area

First floor:
- One bedroom with two 90x190 beds
- One bedroom with one 140x190 bed
- One bedroom with two pull-out beds and two 90x190 bunk beds (the high bed is not counted in the capacity of the apartment, and is more suitable for Kids).
- Shower room
- WC (sanibroyeur)

Other information
A small outdoor table (4 people) and a bench are available to enjoy the outdoors, in front of the house, located on an alleyway off-limits to cars.
Free public parking lot on the square next to the Holiday cottage.
