Come and stay in Auray, and discover its historic port of St Goustan and its dynamic town center with its shops and market! Here, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, you'll be just a stone's throw from the great beaches of Carnac and its alignments of megaliths, and you'll discover Quiberon and its wild coastline. Just 5 minutes away, you can take the dual carriageway to the Morbihan's major attractions: the Rhuys peninsula, Lorient, Vannes, or inland to Rochefort-en-Terre or La Gacilly.
New single-storey vacation home, located 10 minutes' walk from the historic port of Saint Goustan and not far from the town center and its shops.
- It comprises a beautiful living room with dining area and lounge, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with utility room. The living room opens directly onto the terrace and garden.
- Three spacious bedrooms (two doubles, each with a 140x190 bed, one with 2 100x190 bunk beds), a bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
- Outside, a wooden terrace is available for meals, as well as an enclosed lawned garden and a carport for one vehicle.

Merci. La Bretagne vous avait réservé une météo bien chaude, mais vous avez réussi à bien profiter avec des activités nautiques et ombragées.

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und mit Verstand eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts.
Küche mit elektr. Geräten wie zu Hause, Badezimmer hat viele Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Die Lage ist sehr gut; der Hafen Saint-Goustan mit Restaurants und Bars ist fußläufig gut erreichbar, Bäckerei ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in ca. fünf Minuten zu erreichen.
Parkplatz vor der Tür, eine schöne Terrasse mit entsprechendem Mobiliar und rundum an den Fenstern elektrische Rollladen (im Sommer sehr nützlich) sind Annehmlichkeiten auf hohem Niveau.
Persönlicher Empfang bei Anreise mit Einweisung und Hinweisen zum Haus.
Der Eigentümer hat persönlich Tipps gegeben zu Restaurants und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Monsieur Egea und die Concierge waren zu jeder erreichbar und ansprechbar bei Fragen und Wünschen. Vor Anreise war die Kommunikation reibungslos.- Cleanliness

The gite was very modern, spacious and well-equipped; the seating was comfortable. Everything appeared to have been bought and arranged with great taste. The beds were a bit hard for us but that's a personal preference. There were many towels provided. The WiFi worked well and was reliable. The electric window shutters were brilliant at keeping the gite cool during the day and dark at night. The off-street, private parking space was accessed by electric doors. It took around 15 minutes to walk to Auray/St Sauveur for eating or shopping, mainly along the river. The owner came to say hello when we arrived and goodbye before we left (he spoke good English); Guenaelle, the building manager, was very friendly, although she spoke as little English as we spoke French! Overall, we would very highly recommend this gite.
