On the edge of the Lanvaux moorlands, the countryside is ideal for quiet walks in a green setting criss-crossed by waterways and footpaths. Set amidst farmland, Le Procureur is a quiet hamlet in the Vannes hinterland. You can easily get there in 15 minutes and discover the Golfe du Morbihan! All you have to do is take advantage of the nearby activities in the Landes de Lanvaux forest (hiking, fishing, swimming...) between sea and countryside. A 45-minute drive will take you to the department's major tourist sites: Quiberon, Carnac, Rochefort-en-Terre, the Rhuys peninsula, La Gacilly, Damgan, Josselin and Pontivy.
The gite is a pretty stone vacation home with terrace and garden. It offers:
- First floor: kitchen opening onto the living room, with direct access to the terrace, separate toilet with washbasin.
- Upstairs: two bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 90x190), a shower room and a toilet.
Outside: private heated inflatable SPA (June to September), private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and large garden. Parking on the side of the gite. Neighbors of owners and gite 56G1373.

Nannie Super gîte
Gîte très confortable, bien équipé, calme, en pleine nature. Jardin très agréable. Tarif très raisonnable. Accueil sympathique. Fort bien situé pour tout voir du Morbihan ; autant bord de l'océan que intérieur des terres.

HOËL gîte idéalement situé
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et l'historique du lieu donné par la propriétaire.
L'habitation est située à un endroit qui permet de visiter, en peu de temps et distance, un nombre de sites à découvrir dans les terres et la côte, mais également d'effectuer ses achats alimentaires dans les marchés et commerçants aux alentours.
L'endroit est calme, un jardin permet de profiter des rayons du soleil le long de la journée.

Accueil toujours aussi sympathique.A l'écoute des locataires, les remarques sont prises en compte.
L'ajout d'un Spa est vraiment un plus.
