House fitted on two levels: Ground floor: - Kitchen opening onto living room and sitting room (fireplace not in working order) - Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room/wc, accessible to the disabled, with direct access to the terrace - Separate WC with washbasin.

1st floor: - One bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) - One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) - One bedroom with 1 single bed (90x200) - One bathroom with bathtub/wc. Outside: A large 1300 m² garden, a south-facing terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, ping-pong table, badminton set, boules set, bicycle shelter. The heated, covered swimming pool is available for private use from May to September, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The owners reserve the 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm time slot.
