Welcome to Le Couregant Holiday cottage, a spacious, elegant, light-filled vacation rental just 200 meters from Le Couregant Beach, a family-friendly, sandy beach surrounded by rocks and sheltered from the wind. Shops and restaurants are nearby.

Coastal enthusiasts will be delighted, as Ploemeur boasts numerous beaches and coves. You'll be able to enjoy water sports such as sailing, surfing, fishing and diving. The Kerguelen nautical center is 7km away. Just a few yards from the gîte, you'll find the GR34 trail, a great way to discover our region. The path runs for around 15km along the beaches of Ploemeur. Within a 10km radius of the gîte, you'll find: a golf course overlooking the ocean, the Fort Bloqué, the Cité de la Voile Eric Tabarly, the Poisson Volant adventure park, the Ker ar C'hoari labyrinth park...

This 120m² house, decorated with care and refinement, comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a glass wall making the room very bright, a living room, a kitchen and a sitting room with an orange TV for a wide choice of channels.
On the first floor, there's a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and TV, a second bedroom with a 140x190 bed, and a shower room with toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find a large landing with lounge, TV, library and balcony. The landing leads to two small bedrooms, the first with a 140x190 bed, the second with a 90x190 bed, and a bathroom with toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden (75m2) and a terrace (50m2) equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
Free parking is available in front of the garage or on the street in front of the Holiday cottage.
Bikes can be stored in the garage.
