This large studio, with individual air conditioning, quietly located away from the street, is on the 1st floor with independent entrance, on the same level. Very pretty and nicely decorated, you will appreciate the charm of the exposed beams here. It offers you a beautiful and large living room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge, a sleeping area (1 bed 140), and a shower room with wc. A small rest area in the garden is reserved for you with deck chairs, garden furniture and barbecue.

Small dog welcome on request in supplement: see with the owners. Ideally located close to the Ile aux Moines, you will quickly reach Carnac, Quiberon, La Trinité / Mer etc... for your getaways.
At the turn of the coastal paths, discover a whole range of dream landscapes: coves and small beaches, islands and islets... Just over 1 km away, you can enjoy swimming on the beach of the 7 islands. Notice to green enthusiasts, the golf course (18 holes) is very close! During your stay, let yourself be charmed by a cruise on the Gulf with a stopover at Ile aux Moines (pier 10 minutes away).
