In central Brittany, on the heights of the Sarre Valley, the Arche Boisée gîte is a verdant family estate. Set against the backdrop of an 18th-century farmhouse, this recently-renovated self-catering accommodation offers a calm and relaxing setting, with starlit nights and days when you can enjoy the benefits of nature.
Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. The indoor swimming pool is heated and reserved for you.
Hiking trails are just outside the property.
During your stay near Pontivy, take in the breathtaking architectural heritage of this part of Morbihan: castles, chapels, abbeys, villages, fountains...
Take time to recharge your batteries in the remarkable natural spaces: the Nantes-Brest canal, Lac de Guerlédan, the Blavet canal and the forests. There's plenty to do.

- Indoor heated swimming pool. Dimensions: 10mx5m. Depth: 1.20m.

Level 0.5 :
- One bedroom with a 160x200 bed + private bathroom with shower and toilet.
- One bedroom with a 160x200 bed + private shower room and separate toilet (accessible from the shower room).
- A bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a crib + a bathroom and separate toilet.

Level 1:
Mezzanine converted into lounge area (TV connected with Molotov system).

Exterior:
The gîte is located on an 18-hectare estate with forest and parkland.
At your disposal: terrace, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs and 3 parking spaces.
The owners' main house is located on the property, close to the gîte.
No parties allowed. No smoking allowed.
Accommodation reserved for leisure guests.
