This large vacation home, located on the edge of the legendary Brocéliande forest, is the ideal vacation spot for families, hikers or riders with their mounts.

Morbihan, on the land side, is sure to seduce you. Between Vannes and Rennes, discover the enchanting Forêt de Brocéliande, its legends, its magic and its magical nature. Ploërmel, a ducal city 10 minutes away, offers visitors a rich architectural heritage. For lovers of swimming, water sports and fishing, the Lac au Duc in Taupont welcomes you. This stone farmhouse was renovated in 2019. You'll appreciate its spacious rooms for sharing good times with family and friends.

On the first floor, the gîte opens onto a large living room with a reading area, a bright living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Also on this level: a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), a shower room, a separate toilet with washbasin and a laundry room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, the second with 1 x 140cm bed, and the last with 3 x 90cm beds including 1 bunk bed and 1 x 80cm bed (possibility of converting the 80cm bed into a 160cm bed), then a separate toilet and shower room.
Outside, you'll enjoy a stone terrace and a large enclosed garden. Private parking for 4 cars outside (alongside the gîte). Utilities extra, table linen provided. Adjoining the owners' home and close to 56G324 (sleeps 8). Dogs accepted on request.
