Need a break from the hustle and bustle of the coast? Nivillac, a small country town, welcomes you. The Vilaine River marks out the area, offering astonishing landscapes all along its banks to discover on foot, by bike or by boat. 11 km away, stroll through the narrow streets of La Roche Bernard, a "Petite Cité de Caractère" (small town of character), with its monuments and arts and crafts.

The gîte is a successful blend of modernity and authenticity, with its wooden beams and furniture. You'll feel right at home here.
- First floor: entrance/laundry room, toilet, and kitchen opening onto the living room.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds (90cm) and the second with 1 single bed (160cm)), a shower room and separate wc.
Outside: enclosed garden with equipped terrace, brazier, plancha and children's play area (tree house, slide, underground trampoline (not available from October to March), ping-pong table) and boules pitch shared with the owner.
Possibility of relaxing in a spa open all year round (option at 130€ per week or 20€ per day bookable directly with the owner - access from outside - under 10s not allowed). Private entrance to gite, private parking, motorcycle shelter. Adjoining the owner's home.
