This magnificent estate was once the holiday home of the Comtesse de Ségur, who inspired her most beautiful novels! A change of scenery is guaranteed: the château's extensive grounds include outbuildings, a wood and a meadow where deer come to stroll... Nature lovers will be delighted, and children will love the large garden, tennis court and other outdoor play facilities (table tennis, badminton, trampoline, swing set, bowling green...). There's also a large 16 x 8 m outdoor swimming pool. For day trips, Pluneret is only 5 minutes from the motorway, and all the tourist sites are within easy reach: the Gulf of Morbihan, Carnac and its menhirs, La Trinité sur Mer and its port, Locmariaquer and its beaches, etc...

- First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, sitting room and sitting area.
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), 1 bedroom (3 beds 90x190), bathroom and separate toilet.
Outside, a paved terrace overlooks an enclosed garden. The estate includes 6 apartments in the château, a Cabin and the owners' house. All facilities (outdoor games, swimming pool - unheated and open from mid-June to mid-September - etc.) and ample parking (50 m from the Holiday cottage) are shared. The estate is bordered to the north by the train line, while all accommodation, park and activities (Tennis, Piscine, games) are to the south.
