In Morbihan, this rental is located on the Presqu'ile de Rhuys, in Sarzeau, there's something for everyone: boating, hiking, swimming, boating, golf, horse-riding... A popular family resort, Sarzeau is lively all year round. This vacation home is nestled 200 m from the Château de Suscinio, which offers a wide range of activities for young and old, and 1 km from the gîte, you can enjoy a swim or just laze around on the large, beautiful Suscinio beach! Don't miss a day trip to Belle île en Mer or Houat from Port Navalo.
The Holiday cottage is as follows:
- First floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge, shower room and separate toilet.
- 1st floor: two bedrooms (one with a 140cm double bed, the other with two 90cm single beds).
Outside: parking space, enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house and a house occupied all year round. The garden borders the pedestrian access leading visitors from the château to the parking lot, which may cause some noise pollution.

Petit gîte très cosy, bien équipé et confortable, avec un emplacement idéal ! Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi gentils et accueillants (nous les avions déjà visités en mai dernier). Séjour ressourçant et gourmand, parfait pour nous, même si le temps ne nous a pas fait de cadeau ;-)

Très belle petite maison de paludiers près du château de Suscinio, très calme en janvier. Idéalement placé au départ de chemins de randonnées dont certains mènent à la mer. L'accueil des propriétaires est extraordinaire!

Carz10 La Paludiere
Ein Kleinod in der Region Morbihan. Die Lage ist für uns perfekt, unweit von Sarzeau in Gehentfernung zum Meer. Und die freundlichsten Vermieter die wir jemals kennen gelernt haben, Marie renee und Hubert sind so unglaublich aufmerksam und hifsbereit, es ist immer wie "nach Hause kommen" für uns. Wir waren schon 5 mal da und es werden noch viel mehr Aufenthalte werden. Ein kleines, haustierfreundliches Gite direkt am Schloss von Suscinio. Mehr als empfehlenswert wenn man nicht auf großen Rummel steht.

Anne-Cécile Gîte incroyable
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans le gîte de la Paludière. Une petite maison bretonne, telle qu’on les aime et telle que je l’imaginais. Le lieu en lui-même est tout simplement incroyable, au pied de l’un des rares châteaux en bord de mer : le château de Suscinio, une véritable merveille. Les propriétaires font preuve d’une extrême gentillesse et d’une grande bienveillance. Pour les chiens, c’est aussi le paradis : bord de mer, nombreux sentiers de balade dès la sortie du gîte.
Bref, un endroit calme, avec des paysages époustouflants, des gens agréables, et la possibilité de randonner avec son chien. Le bonheur....
