LA MAISON VERTE

Férel lies between the countryside and the sea. Numerous foot, bike and horse trails allow you to discover magnificent landscapes and perhaps encounter deer and roe deer. You can also take a boat trip on the Vilaine, or go canoeing or paddling for the more sporty types. You can also enjoy the sunsets over the sea at Pénestin. Numerous beaches and harbors await you, where you can enjoy the softness of the sand and go fishing on foot. Less than 30 minutes away, you'll find the Brière, the salt marshes and the Golfe du Morbihan, where you can savor the richness of our cultural and culinary heritage.

This gîte is laid out as follows:
- First floor: living room/kitchenette, bedroom (1 single bed), bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, laundry room.
- Upstairs: a sitting area and two bedrooms (Chambre Lilas: 1 double bed 160x200 and Chambre Mimosas: 2 single beds 90x190), each with en-suite shower room and toilet.
Outside: portico, garden shed.
La Maison Verte" is located in a cul-de-sac near an organic dairy farm (cows, barnyard, goats, dogs and cats).
The accommodation has a reinforced socket for recharging your electric vehicle, and a recharging point is located opposite the church 1.7 km away.
