In Brittany, Guillac is on the circuit des communes fleuries d'Oust à Brocéliande. You can stroll through Josselin, a small town full of character, and discover Ploermel and Lac au Duc de Taupont, with its beach and water sports center. Finally, come and discover Brocéliande and its mysteries. This mythical forest opens its undergrowth to you for a unique stay.
First floor: large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, living room and sitting room. On the same level: a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room/wc, a laundry room and a toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs, on one side: 2 bedrooms (4 x 90cm beds), each with en-suite shower room, separate wc, on the other side (accessed via a second staircase): a large games room with lounge/TV area. Ideal configuration for a group of friends wishing to stay together!
Outside: a terrace overlooking a garden (not enclosed), plus 3 private parking spaces. Accommodation adjoining an unoccupied house.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison ancienne totalement rénovée,une très belle réussite de nos hôtes!
La maison est lumineuse mais reste fraîche même quand les températures extérieures explosent ?
Très bien équipée,spacieuse et confortable,la localisation est parfaite pour découvrir la région ,le gr passe au pied de la maison et le canal de Nantes a Brest offre une promenade du soir très agréable.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nos pas nous ramène dans cette belle région que nous n'avons pas fini de découvrir- Cleanliness

Chrissie Idyllic countryside stay
Stayed here with our family for a week this August. Lovely peaceful little hamlet. We stayed in the newly refurbished "La Maison de Mathurine". Spacious house with everything you might need both indoors and out. My sister and brother's families stayed in the gite across the road, so we had lots of fun taking turns to host dinners in our houses and playing games on the grounds. Beautiful walks down by the canal and lots of swims in the pool. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming!

Lisa Peaceful summer holiday accommodation
Spacious, comfortable and very light. We had everything we needed, but a few more cleaning materials and basics like bin bags, cooking oil, salt and pepper and hand soap would have been great. Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely stay again. Lovely, quiet location with excellent outdoor space as well.

MarcP Gîte rénové très confortable
Cette maison bretonne entièrement refaite est très confortable. Par ailleurs, elle se trouve tout proche du canal Nantes/Brest et il est donc très facile de rejoindre le chemin de halage directement à vélo.

Merci pour votre avis. En effet la proximité du canal permet de belles balades autant en vélo qu'à pied et de belles découvertes telles la chapelle St Gobrien et les écluses. Bonne continuation dans vos activités.
