In the heart of the Nivillac countryside, just 20 minutes from the sea, you'll love this vacation rental for 15 people in southern Brittany. Nearby, you'll discover the Rhuys peninsula and the medieval town of Vannes. Just 10 minutes from the Nantes-Vannes motorway, we're lucky enough to live close to the pleasant town of La Roche-Bernard, with its marina and numerous restaurants. The gite is located on a farm run by the owners. It comprises 2 adjoining and communicating houses: gite 14713 for 11 people and 14716 for 4 people.

The larger house features a ground-floor living room with lounge and fitted kitchen, a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed) and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 140cm bed) each with private shower room and toilet. Two further bedrooms (2 x 90cm beds and 1 x 140cm bed) with en-suite shower rooms and wc. The second house features a ground-floor living room with fully-equipped kitchen, living room and sitting room, plus a toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds) and a shower room with wc. Outside: an enclosed terrace with adjoining garden and another garden with games. The farm offers sales of meats and apple juice, and a room for hire for various events. Large shared parking lot.
