The 15-hectare Moulin du Neuf pond is just 3 km from the gîte. It offers a bucolic setting for walks and sporting activities. In summer, the Moulin Neuf Aventure leisure park offers a multitude of water sports, nature and sensations: zip lines, canoes, pedalos, paddles, bicycles, go-karts, rosalies, water bubbles... Don't miss the Nantes-Brest Canal with its locks. To keep you busy nearby: mini-golf, lakes and theme parks. For families, the gite is equipped with board games, children's games and table soccer.

The gite is a detached house with a garden not overlooked. On the first floor: a large living room with fitted kitchen, living room and sitting room, a bathroom, separate toilet and garage with laundry area.
Upstairs: a mezzanine, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed + cot, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a dormitory with a 140x190 bed, 3 90x190 beds and an umbrella bed, plus a shower room and separate toilet.
Outside, there's a concrete terrace with awning, a 50m² garden (not enclosed), and a courtyard for parking cars (in addition to the garage).
