The first floor comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a 180x200 double bed and private shower room/wc, a storeroom, a dressing room and a toilet.

South-facing, the house is surrounded by a 50 m² terrace and has a large garden and parking spaces. Enclosed storage space for bicycles, sailboards, etc., with water and electricity.
For your convenience, prices include utilities, Beds made on arrival, linen and towels. All 180x200 beds can be divided into 2x90x200. Heating by pellet stove.
