Ideally located, the holiday cottage serves as a perfect base for exploring both land and sea. In just a 5-minute drive, you can reach the famous port of Saint-Goustan in Auray, with its cobblestone streets, art galleries, and riverside restaurants. The beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan and Quiberon Bay are also within easy reach, as are the coastal trails and the megalithic sites of Carnac.

House on two levels:

Ground floor:
- Living area with a kitchen open to the living room
- Bedroom with a 160x200 bed and an adjoining bathroom
- Separate toilet.

Upper floor:
- Bedroom with a 140 × 190 cm bed, featuring a built-in shower and sink. Please note: This bedroom is located in the attic; the low ceiling height may make it difficult for taller guests to move around
- Small relaxation area on a mezzanine level on the landing.

Outdoors:
Furnished terrace with table and chairs, umbrella, grill, and lounge chairs.
Access to the owners’ pétanque court.

Additional information:
Private parking spaces along the side of the holiday cottage (gravel driveway).
The holiday cottage is located on the owners’ property; their residence is directly across the way.
