Take full advantage of 15,000m2 of land facing the sea... ! 2 paddocks of 5,000 and 3,000 m2 with water supply for your horses. Bridle paths from the house.
Stay in Séné, a family commune, and take full advantage of the nature offered by the Gulf of Morbihan. Numerous activities: nautical center, equestrian center, swimming, cycling, hiking, fishing, kayaks. For a sunset on the edge of the Gulf, "Ti Anna", 50 meters from La Joliverie, the harbor house where you can have a drink, eat seafood or enjoy the cultural event of the moment. Oyster tasting on the coastal path! Aperitif at home between two games of pétanque or early evening at "Ti Anna", you can choose between serenity and local life at the gîte la Joliverie. Séné is also 47 km of coastline, a nature reserve with marshes and wild birds.
Space, comfort and modernity characterize this gîte: open-plan kitchen with sea view and terrace access, 3 shower rooms, 3 WCs and a living room.
4 bedrooms (3 beds of 180, separable into 90 and 1 bed of 120 and the other of 90) of which 2 with shower-room and WC, the 3rd shower-room and WC are between the two other bedrooms. Outside, the terrace and grounds are reserved exclusively for tenants. Private parking for 4 cars.
The single-storey gîte is located on the first floor of the owners' house (the 1st floor is theirs, so they will be away during your stay). They are available (always contactable) but very discreet (present for welcome and departure). Gîte adjoins the garage where the laundry is located.

Rosette Séjour en Morbihan
Excellent gîte, très bien équipé et magnifiquement situé.
Nous avons pu profiter de la proximité de l’embarcadère pour aller à l’île d’Arz et à Vannes.
Sans oublier la réserve de Séné pour les amateurs d’oiseaux.
Une mention particulière pour les attentions et l’accueil de la propriétaire .
Notre petite fille a beaucoup apprécié les animaux (le poney et les poules facétieuses)

Un bonheur toujours réitéré de préparer mon gîte et y accueillir 3 générations d' une même famille, où chacun trouve son bonheur soit dans le jardin, soit dans la maison, soit dans les environs. Un monde respectueux, enthousiaste et attentif au bien-être de ma petite basse-cour. Un grand merci pour toutes ces attentions et le partage de vos différentes passions.

Myca Séjour formidable
Un gîte idéalement situé; un havre de paix.
Une maison où rien ne manque, très bien équipée, et qui respecte le confort et l’intimité de tous avec salle d’eau/wc privative pour chacune des chambres.
Une vue magique sur le golf où le mouvement des marées nous offre un paysage changeant plusieurs fois par jour.
Vraiment un site exceptionnel et un gîte très agréable à vivre; nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!
Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires, et la compagnie des poules, poney et moutons est très agréable dans cette verdure et cette nature qui se jette dans le golf.- Cleanliness

zaz maison de famille
gite parfait pour ce week-end que nous avions choisi de passer en famille : le cadre très beau , le logement pratique et décoré avec gout ont totalement participé à ce sentiment d'être dans une maison familiale .merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil bienveillant
