Large vacation home with private spa 200m from the beach! It's located next to the Cromenach campsite (run by the owner), where you can take advantage of the campsite facilities (playground, petanque area, billiards...).

Close to the Presqu'île de Rhuys and the Golfe du Morbihan, Ambon, a former salt-marsh village, offers beautiful beaches and rocky coasts ideal for fishing on foot. An area full of charm that will reveal itself to you as you stroll along, and hold many surprises in store!

On the first floor, the house offers: a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with lounge. Also on this level: 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds), a bathroom (bath and shower), a separate toilet and a laundry room.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds, 1 bedroom with 1 160cm bed (divisible into 2 x 80cm), 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds and 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 160cm bed divisible into 2x80cm, and 2 90cm beds including 1 bunk bed), 2 shower rooms including one with toilet, separate toilet. Also on the 1st floor, above the relaxation room (independent interior staircase): 2 small bedrooms (with 160 beds divisible by 2 x 80), a shower room and separate wc. Car parking in the courtyard. A 5-seater indoor spa and sauna, with shower and wc area, will help you relax after a day of exploring or between two escapades. Children will love the large enclosed garden with trampoline, and you can enjoy a game of table tennis.
