Kervignac, a charming Morbihan commune, is less than 10 km from Lorient, on the left bank of the river Blavet. You'll be ideally placed to discover the region's many attractions: Hennebont and its national stud farm, Riantec and its beaches, Port-Louis with its citadel, and Lorient, famous for its Interceltic Festival and submarine base.

House fitted on two levels:

First floor:
- Living room with fitted kitchen opening onto lounge/living room with wood-burning stove
- Bedroom with 140x190 bed and en-suite shower room
- Separate toilet with washbasin.

First floor:
- Bedroom with twin 180x200 beds (convertible to 2x90) and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom with two 90x190 beds and en-suite bathroom.
- Separate WC
- Reading area on the landing.

Outside area :
Terrace with garden table, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue.
The owners have created two areas for gardening or harvesting seasonal vegetables and herbs.
Private parking for up to 2 vehicles.
