On the banks of the Vilaine River, La Roche-Bernard, a "Petite Cité de Caractère®", has preserved its charm, authenticity and exceptional heritage. Stroll along its narrow streets and be surprised by a monument, an unusual detail or the work of an artisan. The owner, a painter and sculptor, creates and exhibits his work on the quay below the accommodation. A beautiful visit, in a place full of works, between technique and emotions. You're halfway between the Bay of the Golfe du Morbihan, the Atlantic coast and the Guérande salt marshes... This village is ideally situated for a vacation rich in discovery...

The Holiday cottage is as follows: A living room with views of the old City, featuring a kitchen/lounge/living room. A small outdoor terrace, ideal for dining in the sun. On the same floor, a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), a shower room and separate toilet. A unique and unlikely staircase, forged by the owner in wood, curves and metal, leads to the mezzanine. You'll be transported to the world of the ocean, with its porthole-like window and trompe l'oeil with an almost salty air. The mezzanine sleeps two (a 90 x 200cm bed and a 160 x 200cm bed), with modular walls to preserve space for everyone. Covered, private parking (not enclosed). Two electric recharging points 200 meters away, in the parking lot opposite the Holiday cottage. Telework area in the mezzanine upstairs, with fiber optic connection. 1 dog only.
