The gîte is a detached house offering spacious accommodation and excellent facilities.
- On the first floor, the gîte opens onto the open-plan living room with kitchen, living room and sitting room. A bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, a shower room, a separate toilet and a garage (for 1 car) also serving as a laundry room.
- 1st floor: 3 comfortable bedrooms (one with 1 bed 140x190, one with 2 beds 90x190 and one with 2 beds 120), a shower room and separate wc.
Outside, a private, enclosed 600m² garden, a concrete terrace and a courtyard. A ping-pong table and children's games are also available. The owners' house is close to the gîte. Three vehicles can be parked on the property.
