Nivillac is a verdant town ideally situated for discovering all the treasures of Southern Brittany: Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan, the beaches of Damgan, Billiers and Pénestin. The characterful town of La Roche Bernard, with its medieval streets, bridges, little train, arts and crafts, and port. For hikers, there are circuits along the Vilaine, with a magnificent view of the port of Folleux and a diverse landscape amidst the woods!

Vacation cottage on two levels and an annex. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - Fully equipped kitchen, living room and sitting room with wood-burning stove - Bathroom with shower - WC with separate washbasin. ON THE FLOOR: - Mezzanine bedroom with 160x200 electric bed - Beautiful walk-in wardrobe - WC with washbasin IN THE ANNEXE: - Completely independent, in the continuity of the Holiday cottage, but in an external annex, bedroom for 2 people, 160x200 bed, with private shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE: - Professional, private 5-seater Spa (2 reclining and 3 seated) available during your stay, located outside under a shelter. A fixed electricity rate of 8 kWh/day is included for the entire Holiday cottage. Only additional consumption needs to be paid for. Simply let the owners know if you wish to use the Spa - Parking for 2 vehicles is available on the property.
