Just 7 km away, young and old alike can enjoy the Kingoland amusement park! For the pleasures of the sea, the Golfe du Morbihan is just 40 minutes away. After a day out discovering our beautiful region, you can relax by the outdoor heated swimming pool or on the terrace. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the estate comprises 3 traditional stone gites set in lush greenery. You'll love the large garden with its children's playground, educational farm and games room with billiards, table soccer and darts.

This large vacation home offers on the first floor: a living room and a kitchen.
1st floor:
-3 bedrooms (3 x 90cm beds, 2 x 90cm bunk beds, 2 x 140cm beds)
- Bathroom and separate WC
2nd floor (also accessible via one of the 1st floor bedrooms) :
- 3 bedrooms, one with private bathroom/WC (2 beds 140 and 2 beds 90)
- A shower room with WC
Outside:
-2 private terraces, one of which is gravelled at the rear of the house.

- Covered swimming pool, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and heated if outside temperature exceeds 5°C (dimensions: 4.80 x 9.70 m; depth: slope from 1m to 2m10)
- Parking lot with shared spaces for the 3 rentals
