In Morbihan, discover this vacation rental located near the Ria d'Etel. The wild dunes and long Magouero beach are ideal for lazing around and swimming. A little further afield, don't miss Gâvres, with its small inland sea that will delight fans of fishing and kitesurfing.
The gîte is as follows:
- Ground floor: a living room with kitchen, living room and sitting room opening onto the terrace, and a toilet with washbasin.
- 1st floor: three bedrooms (3 single beds 90cm and 1 double bed 160cm), a shower room and separate toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a 600 m² enclosed plot, including a 300 m² garden: an equipped terrace, parking spaces and a garage with laundry area. Young and old alike will appreciate the ping-pong table.

Belle maison au calme près du port du vieux pêcheur.
Propre et bien située. Parties de ping-pong mémorables en famille. Accueil chaleureux de la part de mr Le Roux avec une bouteille de cidre et des biscuits.

Des belges Superbe endroit
Très beau gîte, conforme aux photos. Grand jardin, très bien entretenu, le calme!
Accueil très sympathique, cidre et biscuits, bouquet de roses.
Gîte très lumineux, grand choix de promenades autour, la région est magnifique, surtout avec une météo très agréable !
Le seul petit point négatif : les lits ne sont pas faits à l’arrivée, pas de couettes mais des couvertures…gîte à recommander, nous espérons y retourner…- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison. Tout était parfait. Il ne manquait absolument rien. De plus il y avait quantité de jeux et de BD qui ont ravi les enfants. Monsieur Leroux est un propriétaire très accueillant et plein de bons conseils pour les sorties, les visites, et les bons plans de courses(super U de Riantec pour son stand incroyable de poissons).merci pour tout !
