Just an hour from the southern and northern coasts (Vannes and Saint-Brieuc), this vacation rental is ideally located for exploring Brittany. Lake Guerlédan, the largest lake in Brittany, can be explored on foot, by bike, on horseback, or on the water thanks to a wide range of water sports (canoeing, water skiing, pedal boats, and more). Just 10 minutes away, stroll through the cobblestone streets of Pontivy, a charming imperial town, and visit its castle.

The owner, a certified tour guide, will be happy to accompany you and offer guided tours.

After a day of exploring, you’ll enjoy the large heated indoor pool (10 m x 4 m, depth ranging from 0.80 m to 1.80 m), open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., as well as the Wellbeing area (additional fee) featuring a Hammam, A Sauna (6 people each), and a sensory shower. The pool, open from April through the end of September, is shared with two other holiday cottages and the Bed and breakfast.

On the property, Antoinette and Alphonse, two alpacas, are sure to delight the kids.

This vacation home offers:

- Upstairs: three bedrooms (3 140x190 beds), two bathrooms, and 2 restrooms.
- Outside: a furnished terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue, a gravel courtyard, and parking (shared with two other Holiday cottages).
