In Marzan, in a peaceful, leafy setting, this pretty stone house welcomes you for a simple stay. Come and relax, enjoy nature and discover the charms of southern Morbihan.
The house is bright and welcoming. The living room, open to the garden through a bay window, offers a lovely space for relaxing, with a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. Two comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a functional bathroom complete the ensemble. Outside, the terrace and garden are ideal for dining, reading or simply relaxing.
From the Holiday cottage, you can easily visit :
La Roche-Bernard, a small town of character on the banks of the Vilaine, with its port, narrow streets and markets.
The beaches of Pénestin, just 20 minutes away.
The Brière nature park, Guérande, Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan.
An ideal base for exploring the region, between Sea, river and Countryside.

Gîte très reposant, cadre très agréable au milieu de la nature...
Accueil des hôtes parfait !
Plage de Penestin magnifique à 10 minutes, la roche bernard lieu de flânerie cité de caractère à 7 minutes...
Nous venons pour la troisième fois et reviendrons certainement une quatrième fois avec grand plaisir pour nous reposer et déconnecter du quotidien.

Christine Séjour Gueric 2
Excellent séjour de 2 semaines au cours du mois d'août 2025, dans ce gîte situé dans une maison traditionnelle bretonne, entièrement modernisé, très confortable ainsi qu'un beau jardin très reposant.
Le gîte est par ailleurs très bien situé car permet facilement l'accès aux plages de Pénestin à proximité mais également au parc naturel de Brière et au golfe du Morbihan. Ce fut également l'occasion de découvrir de très beaux lieux tels que Josselin et Rochefort en Terre et à proximité la Roche Bernard, donc une véritable découverte du Morbihan.
