Relax and recharge your batteries in central Brittany, Morbihan, just 10 minutes from the Broçeliande Forest! This detached Holiday cottage with garden, south-facing terrace and private indoor Sauna is located on the edge of a quiet village and can accommodate 10 adults in 4 bedrooms. Ideally located for discovering Brittany, 45 minutes by car from Rennes and 1 hour from the north and south Breton coasts. On foot, by bike or on horseback, you can also take advantage of the many Hiking trails that pass in front of the Holiday cottage (Véloroute, Equibreizh). The gîte is located on a small country road in a cul-de-sac with ample parking.

The legendary Brocéliande Forest near Paimpont is an unspoilt setting for nature vacations with family and friends, where forest walks rhyme with tales, legends and magic. You'll find the sites of Arthurian legend, the Château de Comper, the Val sans retour of the Fairy Morgane...

The Holiday cottage is as follows:

Ground floor:
- 1 living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the sitting/dining room
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x200)
- 1 shower room, separate WC
- 1 2/3-seater sauna (open all year)

First floor:
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x200,
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x200 and a Bunk beds (3 beds 90*200)
- 1 large bedroom with 1 king-size bed 180x200 and 1 bed 120x200
- 1 shower room and separate toilet, a small open-plan work area with desk

The garage is used as a laundry room (combined washing machine and dryer).

Outside:
- 1 private garden (not enclosed) with a large trampoline, concrete terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and gas barbecue
- 1 driveway with parking space. Pets welcome (dogs/cats/horses) by agreement with the owner.

Possibility of enclosed garage/carport and electric charging point in neighboring house on request.
