At the very end of the Rhuys peninsula, bordered by the Gulf of Morbihan and Quiberon Bay, Arzon boasts two seaside resorts: Port Navalo and Le Crouesty.
This 36m2 one-bedroom apartment is located in Port Navalo, 50 meters from the supervised beach and 100 meters from the old port, where you'll find the pier, the departure point for islands and cruises on the Gulf.
Arzon is the seaside resort par excellence, with 30 km of coastline, numerous coves, hiking trails and boutiques.
Nearby you'll find Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys (10 km), Sarzeau and the Château de Suscinio (17 km), Vannes and its historic center (38 km) and Locmariaquer, just a short boat ride away.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-storey residence without elevator. It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with fitted kitchen, lounge and living room. The living room opens onto a 5m2 south-facing balcony with a sea view. A 7m2 bedroom with TV and 140x190 bed. A bathroom with shower and washer-dryer and a small separate toilet.
There's also a private parking space and access to the residence's enclosed bike room.

Raymond Lovely apartment for 2 people near the sea
Attractively decorated and furnished apartment with the bonus of private on site free parking. Quiet situation close to the sea, beach and coastal walks. Restaurant and creperie a stone's throw away, others 5 mins walk. Plenty of things to do for a week or so in the area eg boat trips to the islands, walking and cycling and sight seeing. Good supermarket with EV charging 5 mins away. Extremely helpful host. Would definitely recommend, particularly to those couples looking for a quieter seaside holiday in a comfortable apartment. Hope to visit again sometime.

Charlotte et Hugo Appartement très fonctionnel
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel et situé a proximité de la mer (il est d’ailleurs très appréciable d’apercevoir la mer du balcon).
Pascal, le propriétaire, nous a très bien accueilli et est à l’écoute et attentionné envers ses locataires.
L’appartement est d’une propreté impeccable et dispose d’une très bonne literie.
