Entre Mer et Ria

In southern Morbihan, between Auray and Lorient, come and stay in Plouhinec, a verdant commune by the sea and close to the Ria d'Etel!

Just a few minutes from the vacation rental, enjoy the beautiful 8 km Magouëro beach, with its large dunes for swimming and lazing around. For hiking enthusiasts, the commune offers a number of signposted footpaths, as does the neighboring commune of Belz on the banks of the Ria. Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted by Gâvres, with its small inland sea. Don't miss the charming port of Etel, just 10 minutes away, where you can stroll to the terrace of a bar or restaurant!
The Ria d'Etel is one of Brittany's most beautiful diving spots, with a water intake for rinsing and storage.
The gîte is located 200m from local shops.

The gîte is a contemporary house set in 420 m² of enclosed grounds. It offers :
- First floor: living room with lounge and fitted kitchen, plus toilet.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190), bathroom and separate wc.
There's also a garage used as a scullery and laundry room.
Outside: a 320 m² enclosed area with parking spaces and garden. Possibility of storing a boat for a 3.25 m wide gate. The gîte is located along the busy departmental road between Belz and Plouhinec. Construction of a carport covered with photovoltaic panels. The installation of a 1.80 m-high gate provides privacy from the noise of the road.
