Pretty holiday home located in a former school, quiet on the heights of Bubry and close to shops.
- On the raised ground floor, accessible by a few steps, a beautiful living room with modern and equipped kitchen area, dining area and lounge area (a sofa bed for 2 people), separate toilet.
- On the 1st floor, a sleeping area on the mezzanine equipped with a 90x190 bed giving access to two double bedrooms, each equipped with a 140x190 bed, and giving access to the bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet .
Outside, a large courtyard with garden furniture and a courtyard comprising a dining area and a lounge, a lawned area for sunbathing. The cottage has a private entrance and a closed double garage. Possibility to park two vehicles outside on the property.
The cottage adjoins the owners' garden, two windows at the back of the living room are equipped with screens for more privacy.
Close to the GR341. For nature lovers, come and stay in Bubry, in the heart of the Blavet Valley, and discover unspoiled and verdant nature. Along the Blavet river, the religious and feudal heritage awaits you. Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted with these multiple waterways.
