Between La Gacilly, Rochefort en terre (elected favorite village of the French in 2016) and the Branféré animal park, a calm and relaxing gîte. The authenticity of a Breton farmhouse with modern-day comforts. In the adjoining grounds, you can enjoy seasonal fruits such as cherries, currants, plums, figs and hazelnuts. Close to the Nantes-Brest canal, hiking and mountain bike trails. The sea is never far away with the beaches of Morbihan (Billiers, Damgan and the Golfe du Morbihan).
First floor: kitchen/living room, lounge. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 140cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds), bathroom, wc. Private garden and gravel terrace. 1st basket of wood offered in winter. Gîte adjoining the owner's vacation home, with shared parking. On request and at extra cost (if the owner is on site): wellness massage session.
Fiber optic installation in May 2024. Firewood available from end of September to end of April.

Bienvenue une autre fois dans mon gîte.
Il n'y a pas à modifier l'accès du Gîte car ce que vous nommez « cour » est une terrasse qui ne permet pas aux voitures de rouler dessus. Par ailleurs il y a la place de 3 voitures et plus devant le gîte.
En effet il n'y a pas de prise spécifique pour la recharge des véhicules électriques. Quand il y en a c'est spécifié dans l'annonce. Brancher une voiture sur une prise normale est un risque d'incendie pour l'habitation.
