Vannes, in the heart of the Golfe du Morbihan and the Parc Naturel Régional, opens its doors to you: its port, cobbled streets and half-timbered houses, the lively Saint Patern district, restaurants, bars and shops, museums, bowling alley, casino... From the gite, you're just a few minutes' walk from the port, ramparts and historic town center. From the ferry terminal, take a day cruise on the Gulf, with or without a stopover, or head for the offshore islands of Belle-Ile and Houat. The Conleau site, in the commune, has a small beach for swimming and is also the starting point for the coastal path!
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a building with secure access (digicode). All on one level, it offers: a living room with kitchen, living room and lounge, then 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), a shower room and a separate toilet. It has a small balcony facing south/east. One parking space is reserved for you in the residence parking lot (secured by a barrier). An enclosed bicycle shelter is available (shared with the building). The building visible from the balcony, opposite the gite, is an elementary school. This accommodation is reserved for leisure guests.

Nous avons passé, mon compagnon et moi, un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement.
La propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse, le logement impeccable et très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut et sans superflu.
Avec en prime une place de parking réservée !!!
Cet appartement est idéalement situé à 10 mn à pied du centre ville et du port, que l'on rejoint par la traversée d'un beau jardin qui surplombe les remparts et le marché des Lices.
Bref, que du bonheur lors de notre séjour...

Nous avons été très bien reçu par les propriétaires à notre arrivée. L'appartement est très bien conçu avec une bonne clarté. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut au niveau appareil. L'appartement est bien situé pas très loin du centre ville de Vannes d'où la possibilité d'y aller à pied. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour.
