Vannes, in the heart of the Golfe du Morbihan and the Parc Naturel Régional, opens its doors to you: its port, cobbled streets and half-timbered houses, the lively Saint Patern district, restaurants, bars and shops, museums, bowling alley, casino... From the gite, you're just a few minutes' walk from the port, ramparts and historic town center. From the ferry terminal, take a day cruise on the Gulf, with or without a stopover, or head for the offshore islands of Belle-Ile and Houat. The Conleau site, in the commune, has a small beach for swimming and is also the starting point for the coastal path!
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a building with secure access (digicode). All on one level, it offers: a living room with kitchen, living room and lounge, then 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), a shower room and a separate toilet. It has a small balcony facing south/east. One parking space is reserved for you in the residence parking lot (secured by a barrier). An enclosed bicycle shelter is available (shared with the building). The building visible from the balcony, opposite the gite, is an elementary school. This accommodation is reserved for leisure guests.

Très bon séjour, appartement très bien équipé, idéalement situé, à 2 pas du port, comme son nom l'indique, permettant de profiter au maximum de son séjour sans utiliser la voiture. Le parking réservé lui permet elle aussi de se reposer sans frais !! ;-)

VACANCIERS SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE
Séjour très agréable à Vannes grâce à l'accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire et à son logement. Appartement très bien situé par rapport aux remparts, au port et à la gare SNCF. Visites, balades et courses peuvent être faites à pied.
Logement très lumineux, bien agencé et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances à deux. Merci encore à madame AYOUL pour son accueil et ses cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.- Cleanliness

Appartement très bien situé, lumineux et confortable, proche du centre ville.
Vannes est une ville très agréable avec des commerces nombreux, son centre médiéval
et la promenade le long du canal jusqu'à la presqu'ile de Conleau.
