For an iodized vacation with family or friends, the Rhuys peninsula in southern Morbihan is just waiting for you! Sarzeau is a lively seaside resort that's sure to delight young and old alike. Ideally located 20 minutes from Vannes, Sarzeau is bordered to the north by the Gulf of Morbihan, one of the most beautiful bays in the world with its many islands, and to the south by the Atlantic Ocean, with its fine sandy beaches! Fans of swimming, sandcastles and water sports will be delighted! The Presqu'île de Rhuys is also much sought-after for its many activities: hiking, biking, boating, fishing, horse-riding... plenty to keep your vacation busy!
The gîte offers:
- First floor: a bright living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge opening onto the terrace. You'll also find a double bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), a shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room.
- 1st floor: a double bedroom (1x140 bed) with private balcony, 2 other bedrooms (each with 1x140 bed). A shower room and separate toilet are also located on this level. Ideal configuration for 2 families or 2 couples.
Outside: enclosed garden, furnished terrace, ping-pong table, bicycle shed, private parking for 3 cars.

Wir wurden, trotz aller Sprachbarrieren, sehr herzlich von der Familie Tual empfangen und, zum Ende unseres Aufenhalts, ebenso verabschiedet.
Das Haus erfüllt alle Erwartungen: Solide gebaut, hochwertig und umfangreich ausgestattet. Dies betrifft die Möbel, die sehr guten (Boxspring-)Betten, die Markengeräte in der Küche und im Vorraum, in dem Tiefkühltruhe, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner stehen, ebenso die 8 Fahrräder im Schuppen, die den Gästen zur Verfügung stehen - und sämtlich auch funktionieren.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das Morbihan, das Finistère oder das Département Loire-Atlantique.
Badestrände gibt es - fußläufig zu erreichen - östlich vom Haus oder, sehr ausgedehnt, westlich zwischen Penvins und Landrezac, zu denen man dann besser die Fahrräder oder das Auto nimmt.Noch ein Tipp: Die Bäckerei in Le-Tour-du-Parc ist hervorragend und mit dem Rad in 10 min zu erreichen.

Titi Très bon séjour
Excellent accueil des propriétaires avec gâteaux et boissons.
Maison très confortable et bien équipée.
Les enfants ont apprécié le jardin clos pour jouer.
