Cruguel is located 10 minutes from Josselin, which welcomes you with its castle and charming little streets. The Canal de Nantes à Brest runs through the area, making it ideal for walking, cycling, fishing and boating. Not to be missed during your stay: the Brocéliande Forest, with its legendary sites, castles and myths... For swimming and water sports, the Lac au Duc at Taupont will delight young and old alike! The sea is 45 minutes away. This charming stone house has been completely renovated and equipped to offer you space, comfort and modernity.

The first floor has been designed to facilitate the stay of people with mobility difficulties, with a bedroom with wide doors and a large walk-in shower.
- On the ground floor, the 55 m² living space houses the kitchen, living room and lounge. There's also a bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with private shower room, laundry room and toilet.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one with 2 beds 90x190, the other with 1 bed 140x190), bathroom and separate toilet. The landing has been converted into a children's play area. Private parking for 3 vehicles. The gîte has a south-facing terrace with barbecue, as well as a garden at the back of the house with a children's swing.
A bedroom upstairs is available for telecommuting.
