The cottage offers you: a living room (equipped kitchen, living room and lounge), 2 bedrooms (each with 1 140x190 bed and private and communicating shower room), a separate toilet. Outside: a large south/west facing terrace of 42 m². The apartment is on the 1st floor of the owners' house, it has independent access via an outside staircase. The owners give you access to their laundry room (on the ground floor) with in common: the washing machine and the freezer. You will also enjoy a garden with hammock. For parking: 1 private space inside the property (closed and secure) and 1 parking space outside in front of the gate. Between the Rhuys peninsula and the Guérandaise peninsula, stay in the Couette & Café cottage for your next vacation. Thanks to its 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, its configuration is ideal for a stay with family or friends.
If you are fond of hiking and nature, you will be delighted by the 70 km of footpaths in Férel and its variety of landscapes. The old port of La Roche-Bernard, just 900 m from the cottage, offers a breathtaking view of the Vilaine river, its bridges and its pretty marina which is the starting point for a pleasant river cruise! Wander the cobbled streets of this charming city and take the opportunity to taste the local gastronomy in one of the many restaurants. For your beach days, Pénestin with its 25 kilometers of coastline and its dozens of beaches - including that of La Mine d'Or - is the ideal place!

5/5It was the name that intrigued us, and from the enthusiastic owners, to the bright, comfortable and spotlessly clean gite, the view from the well-equipped rooftop terrace overlooking the countryside and their immaculate garden, we certainly were not disappointed.
Lots of information in the gite about the varied and interesting region, starting with the ‘little people’ in the nearby delightful village of La Roche Bernard; so if you, like us, would like to know the history behind the gite’s name and discover the ‘little people’ we thoroughly recommend a visit.

5/5Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung in einer guten Lage um die nähere und weitere Umgebung zu erkunden.
Zu Fuß ist der sehr schöne Ort La Roche Bernard in 10 Minuten erreichbar, wo es ein gute Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars gibt.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben gute Tipps für Unternehmungen.
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Très bon séjour !
5/5Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte.
Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et nous ont conseillé des visites, des restaurants, etc.
Le gîte est confortable, propre et bien équipé. La décoration est soignée. On dispose d'une belle terrasse. L'environnement est calme et agréable.
L'emplacement du gîte (tout près de la charmante commune de la Roche-Bernard) permet de se rendre assez rapidement à la plage, vers Guérande, Vannes, Nantes, .... On peut visiter le Golfe du Morbihan et ses environs ainsi que découvrir la Loire-Atlantique.

Gîte agréable et bien situé, très recommandable.
5/5Gîte très confortable et agréable, à proximité du ravissant village de La Roche Bernard -facilement accessible à pieds-, qui offre son premier lot de charmants commerces, artisans, activités et beaux points de vue.
La situation est également idéale pour profiter de nombreux autres lieux tout aussi variés qu’inoubliables, dans le Morbihan ou en Loire Atlantique. Vous aurez l’embarras du choix.
L’accueil par les propriétaires est extrêmement chaleureux. On sent d’emblée toute l’affection qu’ils portent à leur belle région et ils savent parfaitement la communiquer et la partager (Merci encore a eux pour leurs très bons conseils).
L’intimité et la tranquillité sont pour autant entièrement préservés tout au long du séjour avec la terrasse complètement privée et l’accès au gîte a l’étage totalement indépendant.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et je ne peux que recommander ce lieu.
