A former 17th-century water mill and fully renovated miller's house, the property forms a haven of peace where time seems suspended. Surrounded by 7.5 hectares of woods, meadows and river, this rare place invites you to calm, relax and reconnect with what's essential.

Here, activities follow the rhythm of nature:
Fishing at the water's edge or siesta,
Kayak or paddle rides on the river,
Diving competitions from the pontoon,
Hiking on hilly trails,
Birdwatching and wildlife observation,
To round off the day in style: a Nordic bath at 37°C (optional), surrounded by greenery.

You're just a short drive from Auray and the port of Saint Goustan, or the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands.

First floor:
- kitchen with wood-burning stove / living room

- Laundry room with shower (accessible from outside).
First floor:
- Bedroom with 160x200 bed, shower and washbasin
- Bedroom with bed 160x200
- Bedroom with 2 Cot 80x190 bunk beds (recommended for Kids).
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

Outside :
Terrace with dining table, barbecue and parasol.
Nordic bath optional.
3 vehicles on the property.

Other information :
No television in Holiday cottage.
To be paid on site:
Nordic bath: october to march 50€ for a fill of water (wood not supplied, possibility to buy a net of logs in supermarket) / april to september, 100€ for a fill of water (wood supplied).
Cleaning option: 90€.
