The Brocéliande Holiday cottage is just waiting for you!
Just 1 hour from the south and north coasts (Vannes and Saint-Brieuc), this vacation home is ideally located for discovering Brittany.
Lake Guerlédan, the largest lake in Brittany, can be explored on foot, by bike, on horseback or using a variety of boats (canoes, water skis, pedal boats...). Just 10 minutes away, stroll the cobblestone streets of Pontivy, cross this imperial City and visit its castle.
The owner, a guide and lecturer, will be delighted to accompany you on guided tours. After your days of discovery, you'll appreciate the large 10 x 4 m heated indoor swimming pool, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., as well as the Wellbeing area (extra charge), currently being fitted out with a Hammam, Sauna (6 places each) and experience shower.
On the property, Antoinette and Alphonse, two alpacas, will delight Kids.

The Holiday cottage offers:
- First floor: lounge, living room with fitted kitchen, laundry room and toilet.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 180x200 divisible into 2 beds 90, the other with 1 bed 130x190 (for 1 person) and 1 bed 90x190 (under construction), then a bathroom and separate toilet. Mezzanine bed for 1 extra person available on request.

- Outside: a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a gravel courtyard and parking (shared with the other Holiday cottage).
Piscine open from April to end September, 0.80 m to 1.80 m deep.
Adjoining 56G1463 and 1466, close to the owners' home, who run a guest house.
Piscine shared with Guerlédan. Hamman and jacuzzi: €30/hour/person.
