This apartment, with a view of the Gulf, is located 3 minutes by car from the pier for the Ile d'Arz. On the 1st floor of the owners' house with independent entrance and stairs to access the first floor, this very spacious studio offers a living room with the open kitchen, spacious and bright, with a dining table, a lounge area, a bed (140x190 bed), shower room and wc.
Outside: garden with garden furniture, at the foot of the coastal path.
Studio adjoining apartment 56G24312 and above the owner's house. Parking space. Shared washing machine and dryer: check with the owner.
On arrival, 2 deposit checks will be requested: a check for €300 for the gîte and a check for €40 for cleaning. This holiday apartment is located in the town of Séné in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, ranked among the most beautiful bays in the world. Browse the 110 km of trails to discover its nature reserve, its many bays and viewpoints, its beaches or its sailing school (5 minutes by car). 10 minutes from Vannes, city of arts and history, fortified city 2 times millennium!

5/5Très bon accueil de Marie-Paule et Jean-Pierre.
Gite très bien situé dans le Golfe du Morbihan : proche de Vannes, sur une presqu'île, proximité des sentiers côtiers, des départs de bateaux vers Conleau, Vannes et l'île d'Arz.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Nos hôtes étaient très attentionnés.
Nous avons eu beau temps.
Le golfe est d'une beauté incroyable.
Nous avons été émerveillés !

Beaucoup de randonnées possibles qui permettent de découvrir de superbes lieux.
